Contracted recycling program for; paper, corrugated, cardboard, wood, plastics, glass & metal reducing the number of garbage pick-ups from 5 per week to 1 every two weeks. Customers can choose to their receive invoices via e-mail or fax. Desk side recycling containers at each working station. All are encouraged to use the electronic reports instead of printed ones. Monthly Newsletter is circulated electronically (saving 540 sheets of paper per month alone!). Energy saving modes on copiers and computers. Toner cartridge recycling. Temperature and power reduction in all our installations each evening to save energy consumption. Elimination of complimentary Styrofoam cups. Scratch pads for employees cut from waste paper. Invested in video-conferencing to link branch offices to reduce travel.
